How to go to Bukit Tabuh?
If you come from Kepong direction, follow the Batu Cave Road, then to Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway then the middle Link II, head for Taman Melawati.
Turn left when you come to crossroad junction Jalan Genting Kelang-Jalan Kolam air. Drive straight until you reach the Bulatan Mas roundabout and follow the Klang Gates Dam sign turning. The narrow road, Jalan Kolam air will lead to the main entrance of Klang Gate Dam. There is a small trail leading to the ridge's summit.
Best time: I like morning. Not so sunny. The hill is not covered with huge trees, the sun will most probably hard to bear in the noon.
Bad time: Rain on the day/night before. Rocky hill, situation can get really bad if rain. I hope not to fall down from the slippery rocks.
A must: a good pair of shoes. You will be going through a few rocky verticle climbs, ascend and descend. It can be dangerous. Enough water, the trail can take up to 4 hours.
recommend: knee guard, long pant, rocks leh. enough water.
